To apply for Day Care you will need to complete an application form which can be obtained from the main reception desk at the Centre. 

When the application has been completed, please bring it to the Centre and hand it to a member of staff at reception. Please note that submitting this application does in no way guarantee a place in the Day Care. You will then be placed on a waiting list. 

The Day Care will accept children from families living in the Ely and Caerau area, and from families where parents work in a public service area, Health, Police, Education etc in Ely and Caerau.

When a place in the Day Care becomes available, we will email you to make you aware of this and discuss bookings and registration dates. You will be able to come into the Centre with your child and complete a registration pack. This will give you and your little one a chance to look around our Day Care, meet some of our staff and familiarise yourself with our Centre!
